If a person had twins in China then one of them would have to die. If the law were to find out that you indeed do have twins you would be charged a finethat you wouldn't be able to pay and the youngest of your twins would either be killed or be taken away from you.If you did want to keep both of your childs without the government finding out abut it you would have to bid the doctor that delivered your baby to write you a second birth certificate saying that one of the children are years older then the other.
